Birth leaves a deep imprint. These sessions support conception, pregnancy, and postpartum through somatic practice, relational dialogue, craniosacral therapy and nourishing meals.

I’m Shaina Levee, M.A., founder of Northwoods Ayurveda & Integrative Care. My work is shaped by more than a decade in private practice and over twenty years in the healing arts, supported by graduate training in psychology, advanced study in somatic and trauma-informed approaches, and ongoing training in classical Ayurveda. A long-standing meditation and contemplative practice also informs the way I work. I specialize in nervous system and digestive health, early imprinting, and the ways the body holds long-term stress. My background includes years of supporting individuals in life transitions, adults navigating their physical and emotional well-being, pregnant and postpartum women, and families, couples, teens, and children working through developmental or relational challenges.
Across all of this, I offer a blend of Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, somatic practices, and clear, relational support — practical tools rooted in both evidence-based learning and lived experience. Read more about me here.
